Rome is a very special city with a lot of hints of the Roman History. This city is located in the Italic Peninsula, more specifically in the south of Europe.
Rome is known for its roman monuments, one example is the Coliseum, where Romans usually put on a show. Also there is the Pantheon, now it is used as a church. There are other monuments like the “Fontana Di Trevi” which Is a very big fountain, and the most visited monument of Rome.
As well, in Rome the gastronomy is very popular. The most famous dishes are the pasta (rigatoni, spaghetti, tagliatelle…), the pizza which is native of Italy, and lastly the ice cream, concretely the gelato.
Rome is a very charming city, with a lot of things to do and a lot of places to visit and that makes it a very popular city among tourists.
This is a blog designed to help my students. Actually, the name of this blog is a phrase that one of my students says very often.
