Easter Island is an island and territory of Chile in the southeastern Pacific Ocean, and it have a population of 7750 people.


The island is one of the main tourist destinations of the country due to its nature and culture of the Rapanui ethnic group, whose most important vestige corresponds to huge statues called moais. To preserve these characteristics, the Rapanui people have been making Rapa Nui National Park, while Unesco declared this park a World Heritage Site in 1995.
