Rome by Alba MM

Rome is the capital of Italy and its located on the banks of the Tiber river. This Italian city has attracted tourist since its beginnings because of its many ancient monuments and archaeological remains.

At the heart of this huge city is the Coliseum which is a memory of the fights live-or-death between gladiators. In the Spanish Square, you can find the best-known stairway of the country and a little further, it’s situated the amazing Trevi’s Fountain. We cannot forget about the Vatican, the pope’s residence.

But Rome isn’t only known because of its ancient monuments. Living like a local can show you the true spirit of the city. Eating as many different food as you can; go shopping in its many clothing stores; and a walk through it at night is unforgettable.

There are so many things to see and do that you will want to come back again. Its a city that is worth visiting.
