San Vicente de la Barquera is a village located in Cantabria, north of Spain. It’s a very beautiful site, where you can find sea and mountains, and it´s a very good site to do surf or similar sports.
San Vicente is a very good option to go enjoy your holidays, because you can go for a hike away to Picos de Europa, and you can find nice beaches whether deserted or not.
I love visiting the village of San Vicente cause it has an amazing landscape, you can find in the right of the village the apartments, and on the left the house of the villages, linked by a bridge, that is the icon of the village, of the XV century.
This village is very especial, there was born a famous person called David Bustamante, a Spanish singer.
In conclusion, I would recommend San Vicente de la Barquera to enjoy several activities that you can practice such us go surfing, hiking, bodyboarding and climbing.
