Toro by Carolina H.

Toro is a village located in the province of Zamora, Spain. It has many landmarks and therefore, a lot of tourists come to visit, especially during the summer.

First of all, you can visit the most important monuments like ‘the Colegiata’ or any of its churches. Then, you can see the breathtaking views to ‘La vega’ where you can spot the stone bridge and the ‘Duero’ river.

Apart from this, I recommend tourists to visit the village during festivities such as carnival, grape harvest or San Agustín because there are celebrations with typical customs.

Another important thing is the gastronomy, there are many chocolate, sugar and cheese factories. And the most relevant product in this town is wine, which obtains its own denomination of origin.

Toro is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy, so I recommend visiting it.
